About Intellopia

The company behind the outcomes.

What we believe, how working with us actually feels, and what you should know before you talk to us.

Why African back-office markets. Why now.

Across the continent, growing companies are held back by the same thing: operational work that scales headcount faster than revenue. Support queues, invoices, claims. Essential, repetitive, expensive. The first outsourcing wave answered this with cheaper labor. We think the next answer is better: AI that does the routine work, supervised by skilled African talent, sold as a finished result.

That flips the economics. Instead of hiring against a backlog, you buy the outcome: a conversation resolved, an invoice processed, a claim adjudicated. Quality is somebody else's full-time job. Ours.

Founder-led. Africa-focused. Building carefully, one proven outcome at a time.

From first call to first result.

Tell us the work

You describe the function that's drowning your team, such as support, invoices or claims, and share how you handle it today.

We set up your pod

We connect the channels and tools you already use and load your own policies and knowledge. Your customers notice nothing except faster answers.

Work gets done, people stay in charge

Routine cases are handled around the clock. Anything uncertain goes to a skilled person before it reaches your customer.

You pay per result

No seats, no licences. You see every outcome, and you're billed for exactly that.

Straight answers.

How is this priced?

Per unit of finished work: per resolved conversation, per processed document, per adjudicated claim. You pay for outcomes, never for software seats or headcount.

Who owns our data?

You do. Your knowledge and your customers' conversations stay yours, isolated to you, and are never shared with or used for anyone else.

Is this just a chatbot?

No. A chatbot answers; a pod is accountable for finishing work. Every answer comes from your own approved knowledge, everything is logged, and a person reviews anything uncertain before it goes out.

What do we need to change to start?

Very little. Pods plug into the channels and tools you already use, starting with WhatsApp, email and web chat.

Where are you in your journey?

Early and deliberate. Impuse Support is in pilot with a waitlist; other pods follow as each one proves itself. We'd rather grow on proven results than on promises.

What is Intellopia, structurally?

A business house: the Impuse product line, ventures built on the same capability (THRAFF, in development), and independent portfolio companies like Doestep.
